About — accountability
Automation expertise with a named owner
QuickSummit is Mike Khaytman. I design and build AI automation workflows for small businesses — lead intake, invoicing, reporting, follow-up — on the tools you already run, with a human approval gate wherever a mistake would cost you money.
That last part isn't a slogan. It's the constraint I'm currently being paid to design around.
01 — What can be stated now
Until named proof is approved, trust has to come from visible mechanisms and honest boundaries.
A practical operating stance
Use the tools that fit
Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom code are options, not the pitch. The workflow determines the platform.
Keep consequential decisions human
Approval gates stay visible wherever a mistaken send, write, payment, or business decision would carry cost.
Design the exception path
A workflow is not complete until uncertain inputs and failed steps have a named place to go.
Document the handoff
The agreed deliverables include operating documentation and team training; exact access and ownership terms belong in the scoped agreement.
02 — What I've actually done
Client names are withheld deliberately. Every figure below is measured, not estimated.
The work behind the method
An AI operating system, in progress
A multi-store B2B e-commerce group hired my partner and me to design one: teams of agents that analyse product, search, and customer data and produce recommendations a human reviews. Twenty-nine agent specifications, a full workflow map, and an approval dashboard. The rule written into the engagement is that no AI touches the live site without someone approving it. Their decision-maker asked for bounded oversight — control, without being consulted on every step. That is the problem I build for.
Pages Google had never found
A commercial real-estate SaaS had new landing pages that were live and correct, but absent from a hand-maintained sitemap. I replaced the file with a generator that runs on every build, so it cannot recur. Organic impressions went from 12,352 to 24,234 and clicks rose 92% over the following two months.
A storefront rebuilt end to end
For a DTC brand in a regulated-claims category: the content operating system, the storefront's SEO and conversion path, and paid media on a budget modelled from measured search volume rather than a guess. That client once asked me to generate favourable reviews. I declined, explained the FTC rule on fabricated testimonials, and built a campaign to solicit real ones instead.
Systems at scale, in the day job
As SEO lead at an agency: content and reporting systems for two national RV manufacturers and a multi-property hospitality group. Named clients stay with the agency; the methods came with me.
And this site runs on it
The blog you're reading is published by a pipeline I built. It researches, drafts, gates, and ships on a schedule — and refuses anything failing its own quality check. Pointed at my existing back catalogue, it rejected all eighty articles. I left the gate alone and rewrote the articles.
What I don't hold
No certifications today. Zapier certified-partner status and CIPP/E are in progress and will be listed here with dates when earned, not before.

Talk directly about the workflow.
Bring the process, tools, and exceptions. Discovery is used to determine whether there is a useful and supportable automation route.
